南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 金匮要略 Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber （供中医学本科使用） 执笔人：徐成贺 审定人：喻方亭 学院负责人：吕志平 南方医科大学教务处 二○○六年十二月 课程代码：B020009 一、课程简介 本大纲适用于中医学专业本科。《金匮要略》是我国现存最早的一部诊治杂病的专著。它既有中医的基础理论，又具有中医临床学科性质，是中医临床基础学科的主要课程。它以整体观念为指导思想，以脏腑经络学说为杂病辨证核心，建立了以病为纲、病证结合、辨证论治的杂病诊疗体系；创制了应用广泛、配伍严谨、疗效显著的杂病治疗方剂，尤其是在中医对内科病、妇科病的诊疗技术与方药运用上具有开创性的意义和重要的实用价值，至今仍是学习中医的经典名著。它为中医专业的核心课程。学习的目的和任务，就是要掌握它的学术思想、对40多个病种的诊疗方法及方药运用。该课程70学时，4学分。通过学习，使学生掌握《金匮要略》的基本理论、基本观点和基本技能；掌握杂病辨证论治的规律，拓展临床思路，提高对疑难病证的综合分析与处理能力，同时也有助于培养学生对古典医籍的阅读能力。由于本课程既是中医的临床课，又是中医理论的提高课，它为《伤寒杂病论》部分，故应在中诊、方药、伤寒论开课后，开始本课程的学习。 The syllabus is for the college students of majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine for 5 years. Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is the oldest monograph on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease in China .The guiding thought of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is holism and the theories of viscera and meridians is the core of identifying patterns and administering treatment. According to the guiding thought and the core of differentiation ,Zhang Zhongjing established the system of diagnose and treatment andcreated the formulas with widely use and remarkable curative effect, especially in internal and gynecology medicine. Today, these methods and formulas still possess an important practical value. This course is the essential course for the TCM student. The student will get 4 credit points after finishing70 class hours learning the course.The purpose learning this course is to know the academic ideas and diagnose treatment and formulas of 40 kinds of diseases. The students should master the basic theory, ideas and skills though learning the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. Moreover, the students can grasp the regular pattern ofdifferentiation, broaden the clinical thought, and improve the analysis abilities in difficult cured diseases and the reading abilitiese in ancient Chinese books.
