定语从句教案 授课教师:丰台区首师大附属丽泽中学 朱培英 授课内容: unit 1-4 定语从句语法的学习 Teaching Aims: 1. Help Ss to understand what Attributive Clause is and its function. 2. Help Ss to use “who, whom, that, which, whose, when, where” in Attributive Clause properly. Teaching content: The grammar in unit 4 Teaching aids: Computer, worksheet. Difficult points: Distinguish the relative pronouns and relative adverb “who, whom, that, which, whose, when, where”. Teaching procedures. I. Lead in. Help students to get a general understanding about what the Attributive Clause is and the function of it by guessing the following riddles. It is an animal that jumps on its strong legs and carry its young in a bag on the front of its body. He is a player who was born in Shanghai and is playing in NBA now. Step1. Present the former part of each riddle and ask students one of the following questions: Q: 1. Can you guess what it is? ---- Would you like to get more information about the animal? Q: 2. Can you guess who he is? --- Would you like to get more information about the person? Step2. Present the later part of each riddle and ask the students to guess again. Step3. Help students understand the function of Attributive Clause by answering the following questions: Q: How do you get the answers? Or can you get the answers if the teacher doesn’t give you another sentence? T: Yes. We get the answers with the help of other sentences. We called the sentences --- Attributive clause. Now let’s learn how to use Attributive clause. II. Learn to use the Attributive Clause: Help Ss to know how to use Attributive Clause by reviewing some of the sentences which appear in the text. 1.
