The structures of the main tannin com onents (gallic acid, catechin, the dimer, trimer, tetramer and entamer of catechin)in rhubarb are suggested.The fragmentation laws of the tannin com o- nents are summarized.In com aring with revious methods, it is sim le and without the interference of co-existed com ounds.
