Abstract: After 80 years since the 20th century, the development of higher vocational education in China in terms of policy or in practice, both from the center toward the edge of higher education, but to accomplish this major change, higher vocational education must change our outdated educational philosophy and establish the development requirements of the times a new career ideas, people-oriented concept and choice.

Since the 20th century, 80 years to meet the economic and social development of vocational, applied, technical personnel requirements, our higher vocational education from scratch, from small to large, has made great strides. After 80 years of the 20th century, early to mid-off class, the mid-80s to mid 90s adjustment period and 90 in the late stage of the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher education in China is increasingly becoming a mainstream channel, both in policy or in practice, both from the center toward the edge of higher education.
