Effect of theExercise Prescription of theTeaching Method on the
College Students Lifelong Body-building Education

Abstract: Aiming at the present situation of physical education teaching reform, this thesis analyses that t he hu-
man-oriented teaching idea fits the lifelong body-building education theory, expounds exercise prescription of teach-
ing method providing the scientific theory and method for t he student lifelong healthy body educat ion. The paper
emphasizes extracurricular physical training w hich can make the lifelong body-building integration in time or space.
It promotes the development of lifelong body-building educat ion and enhances the socialization of physical educat ion
course.
