PAGE  本科毕业设计 （20XX届） 题 目一种汽车车门的设计学 院专 业班 级学 号学生姓名指导教师完成日期  摘 要 车门作为汽车的重要组成部分，是车身侧面最富变化和最受人关注的对象。一方面，车门作为车身结构中的重要组成部分，其造型风格、强度、刚度、可靠性及工艺性等必需满足车身整体性能的要求；另一方面，车门结构自身的视野性、安全性、密封等性能，既对整个车身结构性能影响较大，也是车门功能要求的重要部分。 本文的汽车车门以微型SUV（运动型多用途汽车）为匹配车型，在微型SUV的基本尺寸以及性能要求都视为已知的前提下分别从车门结构和工艺的角度，对车门的设计进行了全面的分析和探讨，并对车门的整体布置和运动校核进行了一定的分析和探讨。课题的研究步骤基本分三个步骤：首先是根据微型SUV的使用特点及结构特性对车门的型式和结构进行确定，再根据已知的参数及性能目标对车门的整体布置进行分析，最后根据得出的车门参数进行工艺设计及强度校核。最终设计的车门为整体式车门结构。 关键词：车门；整体布置；工艺设计；微型SUV 全套图纸，加153893706  朗读 显示对应的拉丁字符的拼音 字典 -  HYPERLINK /dictionary?source=translationhl=zh-CNq=langpair= 查看字典详细内容 ABSTRACT As an important part of the car, the door is the most changeable and attractive object from the side of the body. On one hand, as an important component of the body structure, the style, strength, stiffness, reliability and process of the door must meet the requirements of body performance. On the other hand, the vision, safety, sealing performance of the door structure itself, not only have great influence on the entire body structure performance, but also is the important part of the door functional requirements. The design of the door take after miniature SUV（Sport Utility Vehicle）for matching object, and with the miniature SUV basic dimensions and performance requirements are known as premise, from the door structure and technological perspectives, the design of the door were analysed and discussed, and carried out some analysis and discussion about the the overall arrangement of doors and check of the movement. Research step basically consists of three steps: first, according to the miniature SUV characteristics and structural characteristics, door type and structure were identified, secondly, according to the known parameters and performance target, overall layout of the door is analysed, finally obtained the door parameters for process design and strength check.The final design of the door is an integral type door structure.
