Ⅱ  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 折弯机属于锻压机械中的一种，主要作用就是金属加工行业。产品广泛适用于：电器、轻工、航空、船舶、电器、不锈钢制品、装潢行业及钢结构建筑。液压板料折弯机技术含量低，设备维护简单，而且价格便宜，生产效率高，可以更好满足广大客户需求。 传统的液压板料折弯机不是靠机械调节的，而是工人根据要求手动调节折弯机后挡料的位置，实现对材料的折弯作业。这种调节方法费时费力，而且存在较大的偏差，在现实中逐渐被淘汰。 本次设计选择液压板料折弯机的后挡料调节装置，它是折弯机的核心部分。在后挡料装置中加入电动机，成功代替人工调节折弯机的后挡料装置，这使得调节时间大大缩减，提高了生产效率，这在现实生产中有很大的意义。 关键字：折弯机、传动、接触强度、弯曲强度 Abstract One of the bending machine belongs to forging machinery ,main effect is the metal processing industry. Products are widely used in light industry, aviation, shipbuilding, electrical appliances, stainless steel products, steel structure building and decoration industries. Hydraulic sheet metal bending machine technology content is low, maintenance is simple, and the price is cheap, high production efficiency, can better meet the needs of customers. Traditional hydraulic sheet metal bending machine is not on mechanical adjustment, but workers behind manually adjust the bending machine according to the requirement of the position, realize the material bending operations. This adjustment method is time-consuming, laborious and there is a big deviation, in the reality to be being washed out gradually. The design of hydraulic sheet metal bending machine behind the adjusting device, it is the core part of the bending machine. To join in the keep-off device, motor, successfully replace artificial keep-off device after adjustment of bending machine, which makes the adjustment time greatly reduce, improve the production efficiency. It has a great significance in the real production.
