-  PAGE 1 - 摘 要 本设计中介绍了传动盖冲孔的冲压工艺分析，工艺方案的分析和制定，排样图的设计，总的冲压力计算及压力中心的计算，刃口尺寸的计算，弹簧的计算和选用，凸模、凹模或凸凹模结构设计以及其他冲模零件的结构设计，绘制模具装配图和工作零件图，编写设计说明书，填写冲压工艺卡和工作零件机械加工工艺过程卡，注意凸、凹模的配合加工。有关工艺参数的计算，如：冲裁力、卸料力的计算。冲孔模具结构设计中有关于非标准件的计算与设计等等。 关键词：凸模； 凹模；工艺;装配图 Abstract In this design introduced the transmission covers the punch holes the ramming craft analysis, the craft plan formulation, arranges the specimen map design, the always ramming strength computation and the center of pressure computation, the cutting edge size computation, the spring, the rubber computation and selects, the raised mold, the concave mold or the convex-concave mold structural design and all that die the components structural design, draws up the mold assembly drawing and the work detail drawing, the compilation design instruction booklet, fills in the ramming craft card and the work components machine-finishing technological process card, raised pays attention to, the concave mold coordinate processing. The calculation concerning craft parameter, such as: Hurtle to cut the dint and unload the calculation of anticipate the dint. The blunt bore molding tool structure designs the medium calculation and the design etc. concerning not standard piece.
