中原工学院能源与环境学院毕业论文（设计） -PAGE 57-  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 57 中原工学院能源与环境学院毕业论文 毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：北京宏源综合业务楼空调系统设计 学院名称：能源与环境学院 班 级：建筑环境与设备工程092班 学 号：200901114209 学生姓名：胡文娟 指导教师：刘海涛 2013年6月 摘要 本设计是北京市宏源综合业务楼的舒适性空调系统设计。此建筑是包括餐厅、会议室、办公室、客房等一身的多功能型建筑，总建筑面积为 7204.48m2,建筑高度为36.9m，建筑共十层，地上十层,地下一层。制冷机房设在地下一层，冷却塔布置在四层裙房屋面上。其中一楼为餐饮及其包间，二，三层为会议室，台球室和客房等，四五层为客房，六到十层为办公，地下一层为设备间。本设计根据该建筑的具体工况，进行了详细的负荷计算，对于层高较高空间较大的房间主要采用全空气系统，对于层高较低空间较小的房间主要采用风机盘管加新风系统。为确保每个房间达到理想的温湿度要求，进行了完善的风、水系统设计以及详细的气流组织、水力计算。 关键词： 舒适性空调，风机盘管加新风系统，全空气系统 The design plan of air-conditioning system in Beijing Hong yuan comprehensive building Abstract The graduation design is the design about a comfortable air condition system of a comprehensive building in Beijing .This building is a mal-function building which include canteens , meeting rooms ,offices, guest rooms. Its total area is 7204.48m2,the height of the building is 36.9meters. There are 11 floors in the building ,among them ,ten floors are on the ground,and one is underground. The generation room of refrigeration system is set up in the base room.The cooling tower is up on the roof of the fourth floors. The canteens and the lobby is the main room in the first floor. The meeting rooms, guest rooms are on the second and third floors. The bedrooms are on the fourth and fifth floors ,from the sixth floors to the tenth floors are offices. According to the concrete work condition of the building,I carry on a detailed burden calculation to the air conditioner load.The air-air system is adopted mainly in the rooms ,whose height is more higher and the space is more spacious.And PAU and FCU system is adopted in the other rooms. it also makes the optimal design to this air conditioner project.In order to make sure that every room can up to the humiture requirement, this design makes a perfect design to the wind and water system and a particular calculation to the air flow organization and water power.
