科威特超高层钢结构小夹角节点设计处理

[摘要]随着建筑形式多样化的发展,在钢结构超高层结构设计中,外筒钢框架除传统正交布置外,越来越
多的出现扇状、辐射状或不规则形状的楼盖梁布置。如本工程所遇到的楼盖体系一样,部分梁梁、梁柱或
梁墙铰接节点夹角偏小。由于连接板小夹角节点可行性和焊缝质量控制均无规范依据,传统腹板螺栓连接
形式的实现,尤其是在海外工程,存在一定难度。本文通过介绍小夹角节点设计在海外工程的应用实例,
以及据此进行的节点连接力学试验,探索小夹角节点设计在超高层钢结构中优化解决方案。

Connection Design Solution to Super High-Rise Steel
Structural Joints with Skewed Angle at Kuwait NBK Project

Abstract: With the increasing of diversification of architectural forms, it appears with more and more un-standard
arrangement of floor beams in super high-rise steel structural buildings, such as fan-shaped, radial, etc. In this
regards, as it happens also in Kuwait NBK project, the connections present with skewed angle at beam-to-beam,
beam-to-column and beam-to-wall joints. Since design feasibility and welding quality procedures have not been
specified or identified by any standard, the application of typical web-pin joint with skewed angle is always
confronted with certain difficulties, especially in overseas projects. In this paper, the instance of skewed joint
design execution method in overseas project and test certificates of skewed angle welding is introduced, in order to
search a promoted method for skewed angle connection design in super high-rise steel structural buildings.
