湖北大学职业技术学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 我国中小企业引入风险投资的问题研究　　　　　　　 经管 系 　　会计学 专业 学 号 014609210254 学生姓名 杨晨辰 起讫日期 2011.9.27-2012.3.10 摘 要 本文主要研究目的是利用风险投资解决我国中小企业融资问题，通过设计并评价我国风险投资项目的指标体系，找出决定风险投资决策的主要因素所在，有助于中小企业在吸引风险投资时找准关键因素并采取相对应的措施。针对课题的特点，采用了多种方法进行了分析。 首先，在概念和特点上对中小企业进行了解。 其次，对我国中小企业的发展进行分析，指出其发展的制约因素。融资困难是我国中小企业发展的一大瓶颈，为解决这一问题而寻求的相关方案。 最后，根据我国利用风险投资拓宽中小企业融资渠道的可行性分析及相应对策。 对于中国的大部分中小型企业来讲，资金问题始终是制约企业发展的一个重要因素。就目前我国中小企业的发展特点及融资环境来讲，风险投资是企业获得资金支持的重要途径。本文主要从我国中小企业在吸收风险投资的过程中存在的问题及解决途径等方面提出自己的建议，以其对我国中小企业在吸收风险投资的过程中有所启发。 关键词：中小企业 融资 风险投资 Abstract This paper studies the aim is to use venture capital to solve the financing problem of SMEs in China, through the design and evaluation of Chinas venture investment projects index system to identify the main determining risk factor in investment decisions where the venture will help small and medium enterprises in attracting investments and accurately identifying key factors and to take corresponding measures. For the characteristics of the subject, using a variety of methods are analyzed. First of all, the concept and characteristics of the small and medium enterprises to understand. Secondly, analysis of the development of SMEs in China, pointing out that their development constraints. Difficulties in financing the development of SMEs in China a major bottleneck, in order to address this issue to find the relevant programs. Finally, according to Chinas use of venture capital to broaden financing channels for SMEs in the feasibility analysis and countermeasures.
