ECO-solder paste M705-GRN360-K series was developed with this in mind along with the requests of customers who have been using M705 Pb-free paste. Former versions had heat resistance in high temperature reflow, a control of solder balling and high reliability. However this new series carries out improvements in many areas: stability of viscosity in storage and in use; the color tone of flux residue; improvement in flux residue cracking; improvement in further preventing side balling; joint appearance (cosmetic); and improvement in wettability to poor wetting components. M705 (Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu) is considered to be a standard Pb-free alloy. Please ask separately about combination with other alloys.
