What’s Known on This Subject Melamine-contaminated milk formula can cause nephrotoxicity in infants who con- sume it. The widespread 2008 poisoning episode in China has raised concerns about melamine food contamination worldwide. Little is known about the management of pediatric nephrolithiasis caused by contaminated infant formula. What This Study Adds We describe the diagnostic screening of 1091 children who had consumed melamine- contaminatedmilk powder and the successful use of a conservative treatment approach for the 12 patients in whom nephrolithiasis was
