TN-CEEDAR Project A partnership between Tennessee and the CEEDAR Center to bring together districts and educator preparation providers through a collaborative effort to develop and improve high-quality instruction and intervention that includes: General Education Special Education Educational Leadership The Tennessee Department of Education and the Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability and Reform (CEEDAR) are collaborating with educator preparation providers from the University of Memphis, the University of Tennessee- Knoxville, and Vanderbilt University to develop teachers and leaders who are well-prepared to help all Tennessee students graduate from high school college and career ready.
