First you are going to change the Units to inches. Select Tools / Options. Select General / Parameters in the left tree of the Option dialog box. Under the Units tab, select the Length parameter and change the units to inch (in) in the combo box. Select OK to validate. Create a Face-Face Fillet (Radius 0.9 in) Select the Face-Face Fillet icon. Change the value to 0.1 in then click on OK Select the Top radius valueby a double click Change its value to 0.03 in, then click OK Redo the same operations for the second edge.
