I am also feeling grateful to my friends and parents for their sincerely encouragement and valuable suggestions. 摘要：所谓企业文化就是指企业在解决自身的生存与发展问题过程中形成的有效而并共同遵守与维护的基本理念，认识，价值观念和准则。理解了企业的文化之后，想必我们对于温州企业文化也就有所了解了。我们都知道温州的鞋子和眼镜现在做的很好，不仅在国就是希望真正了解他们的特点企业经营理念，组织规章制度，企业的人本管理理念从而为其他地区的中小企业的发展起到模范带头作用，使它们在自身经营理念的基础上，不断学习吸取温州企业的优点，更好的完善自己。 关键词：私营企业，温州，经济发展，管理理念 Abstract :The so-called corporate culture refers to the effective basic concepts ,knowledge ,values and norms forming in the process of solving the their own survival and development.After understanding the corporate culture ,presumably we will have understood wenzhou’s corporate culture.We know that lots of fields is popular in the domestic and international markets including shoes,glass and shoes buttons.Then how they open the international markets and how wenzhou’s products develop step by step ? Why should we analyse the enterprise of wenzhou’s culture?Of course ,with the technology development ,small and middle enterprise suddenly emerge as a great force and plays a more important role in the gross national production.Meanwhile ,the small and middle enterprise will continue to add cluster to China’s economy.What the reason that we study the wenzhou’s corporate is that we can get a real understanding of enterprise characteristics ,management concept ,organizational rule and regulation so that they can learn lessons from advantages of wenzhou enterprise .
