Action Research on Students’ Progress in Writing Acknowledgement I am mostly grateful to my supervisor, without whose support and patience this project would not even have got off the ground. No amount of thanks will be adequate for my students without whose willing participation in the project implementation it would have remained on paper. Last but not the least, big thanks to my wife, without whose support; I would not have self-confidence to finish this project. Abstract The present study presents a detailed report of a project implemented to solve the problem that most of my students do not like doing the writing practice I assign them to do after class. It is hypothesized that learners’ writing skills will be greatly increased by a better organization in this respect. This hypothesis is verified by a four-week practice of well-organized writing work activities. Methodologically, four methods are used, and they are analytic method, cause analysis, questionnaire survey, and brainstorming activation. Key words: writing skills organization activities 摘要本论文根据大部分学生不喜欢做写作练习的问题，在如何解决教学中存在的实际问题做出了详细的研究。论文假设通过良好的活动组织在很大程度上提高了学生的写作能力，并以这个假设为前提，经过四周的写作练习实践，从而证实这个假设的正确性。本论文采用四种方法：分析法、原因分析法、问卷调查法和积极讨论法。关键词：写作能力组织活动 Main Headings of the Project Report 1.
