In this paper discusses in detail the basis for the urgency of the importance of recycling cotton stalks and plastic film recycling on the induction of the main ways the autumn harvest cotton stalks and plastic film recycling at home and abroad, and for cotton stalk harvesting machinery and plastic film recycling machine the main principles are introduced in detail.Pointed out the many links cotton stalk harvest, labor-intensive, low harvest efficiency,autumn plastic film damage to ecosystems and more serious, low plastic film recycling reliability, efficiency and low operating range of issues. For the problems of today, we must accelerate the various theories proposed research, while accelerating the development of the new direction of the composite operating machinery developed.
