连铸中间包用耐火材料的现状和发展趋势 摘 要 中间包是钢铁连铸过程中的关键装置之一，它用来接收钢包的钢水并将其连续、均匀、稳定地注入结晶器，而且还起着调整钢水流和除去非金属夹杂物、洁净钢水等作用。因此选用适合的耐火材料和提高中间包的寿命非常重要。 本文概述了连铸铸钢的技术，中间包的结构及类型，接着分别从中间包内衬耐火材料，浸入式水口，滑板，陶瓷过滤器，整体塞棒逐一进行分析介绍。针对中间包用耐火材料的现状与损坏原因对其用耐火材料提出了几点要求。目前中间包耐火材料所面临的问题及缺点对铸钢效率的提高起到阻碍作用，因而，研究连铸技术及提高中间包耐火材料的寿命仍然是重要的任务。 关键词：中间包，连铸，中间包耐火材料，连铸技术 Present situation and development trend of refractories for continuous casting tundish ABSTRACT Tundish is one of the key device in the process of continuouscasting. Not only it is used to accept the liquid steel of ladle and put it into mould continuously,uniformly and steadily at the same time,but also it plays an important rolo in adjusting liquid steel and removing nonmetallic inclusion and so on. So choose the suitable refractory material and prolong the period of validity of tundish is major. This article provides an overview of continuous casting technology of cast steel, tundish structure and type, then from refractories for tundish lining, submerged, skateboards, ceramic filters, stopper analysed one by one as a whole. Refractories for tundish causes of damage to their situation and put forward some requirements of refractories. Current problems and shortcomings of refractories for tundish on steel casting efficiency play a role in impeding, Therefore, study and improve the life of refractories for tundish of continuous casting technology remains an important task.
