Information technology has already exceeded the scope of computer science and technology, and covers all aspects of business and the whole process, which as a driving force for progress of the times and logos. It can be said, more effective enterprise information strategy must meet to make up for past deficiencies and meet the new requirements of the two competitive tasks, which requires us to re-examine our strategy for enterprise information. Enterprise information construction is a system engineering, the object of enterprise information is not a building or a product, but Enterprise .
