本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：涪陵榨菜出口日本的现状分析 教学单位： 经济管理一系 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 学 号： 1009051141 姓 名： 张洪波 指导教师： 张俊利 2014年3月 摘要 涪陵榨菜，驰名远扬。时至今日，涪陵榨菜正以各种各样的包装和风味出现在日本、美国、韩国、加拿大等50多个国家和地区。在日本，涪陵榨菜备受人们喜爱。从重庆出入境检验检疫局获悉，“十一五”期间，平均每年出口日本榨菜达6000多吨，几乎占了出口总量的50%。因此，日本为涪陵榨菜最大出口国。2011年3月11日，日本发生强烈地震后，当地农产品和食品供应十分紧张，同时对于进口食品的安全把关也更加严格。早在2006年，日本就实施了最为苛刻的技术措施-“肯定列表制度”。2007年，日本官方在日本市场抽样检测涪陵榨菜，仅农药残留检测项目就达540项。本文基于SWOT方法对涪陵榨菜出口日本的优势、劣势、机会和威胁的分析，找出涪陵榨菜出口日本的障碍以及提出解决问题的对策，使涪陵榨菜产业能够持续、稳定、健康的向前发展，能够更好的出口日本，增加外汇收入。 关键词：涪陵榨菜；出口；日本；分析 Abstract Fuling Pickle, It is well-known.
