Among them, the export trade has become an important factor in promoting economic development to Nantong City. This article is mainly to research on the development of Nantong foreign trade,problems and development countermeasures.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction,describes the research background and significance of this paper.The second part discusses the status of the research and the development model of the theory of foreign trade, the theory do the general analysis about the present situation of Nantong foreign trade.The third part through the discovery of a series of problems existing in the Nantong foreign trade,and the reasons causing these problems are carefully analyzed.The fourth part is aim at the problems in Nantong foreign trade further and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth part through the above series of inquiry to looking to the future development of Nantong foreign trade.
