國際扶輪社青少年交換學生在中山 國際扶輪青少年交換計畫，提供15～19歲青少年至世界各地體驗其他國家文化的機會，促使個人成長，增進世界觀，並對自己有更深入的認識。因此青少年交換計劃不僅只是國際文化交流，也有深厚的教育意義！ 1997年臺灣開始參與此計畫，年度長期交換計畫（Long-term Exchange）為期10～12個月，學生寄宿於接待家庭，到學校隨班上課。中山女高於此計畫初期即開始參與接待外籍學生至校上課，每年也有學生透過扶輪社安排，派遣至國外成為交換學生，已累積多年國際青少年交換學生經驗。 3至5名。外籍學生除參與扶輪社安排的文化學習活動及中文學習課程外，均在學校隨班上課。學生最有興趣的是烹飪課，最感困難的仍是語言問題。因外籍學生來臺，通常無中文學習的基礎，故一般課程聽課上頗有困難。有鑑於此，學校特別安排每週6至10小時的中文課程，加強學生中文程度。老師有效能的教學，還帶同學出去吃飯、逛街，教導外籍學生融入本地生活的語言及習俗，往往到了第二學期，中文已能朗朗上口。 參加了旗隊，來自德國的參加了籃球隊，她們與隊員一同練習，一同參加每一次表演及比賽。全體交換學生活潑開朗認真、積極投入的學習態度及一年後朗朗上口的中文表達能力，充分見証了交換學生計畫的成功。 ’ High School The Rotary youth exchange program provides teenagers, aged from fifteen to nineteen, with opportunities to experience other cultures in the world. The experience would urge one’s development, broaden one’s worldview, and make one have a more comprehensive understanding of oneself. Hence, the Rotary youth exchange program is not only an international culture exchange, but it also has its educational meaning! Taiwan has participated in this program since 1997. The long-term exchange program is about ten to twelve months. Students lodge in the home stay and go to school in the daytime. Zhongshan Girls’ High School has taken part in receiving forting students at school since the beginning of this plan. Each year, some students in Zhongshan will be sent abroad to be exchange students through the Rotary Club. Therefore, Zhongshan has received foreign students for years and is well-experienced. Zhongshan Girls’ High School would send three to five students to attend the long-term exchange program and we would also receive three to five foreign exchange students each year. Except for attending the cultural activities and Chinese classes, most of time, the foreign students are in class at school. The class that interests foreign students most is the cooking class.
