秦岭北麓大鲵亲体培育及繁苗实验 方树淼1，*，范维端2，张红星1，王开锋1，权清转1，李新平3 （1陕西省动物研究所，西安，710032；2西安市水产工作站，西安，710054；3西安市水务局，西安，710007） 摘要：文中叙述了秦岭北麓大鲵Andrias davidanus繁育基地的自然环境与仿生态池的给养条件；亲鲵单池单养和同池隔网单养的培育方式；三年间连续催情32组，自然交配产卵雌鲵27尾，共获卵14000粒，并连年孵化出苗。其中，产空卵带亲鲵5尾，催繁成功率为84.4%。论述了亲鲵耐受低温，早春低水温4℃开食；个性凶残；每年7月下旬至8月底性腺发育成熟为最佳催情期；交配产卵池要彻底清池，严控给水流量与水深；以及亲鲵繁殖与护卵行为等系列要素。展望了大鲵规模化养殖的前景。 关键词：大鲵 培育 繁殖 Practice of Parents-bred and Seedling-produced of Chinese Giant Salamander in Northern Foot of Qinling Mountains FANG Shu-miao1,*, FAN Wei-duan2, ZHANG Hong-xing1, WANG Kai-feng1, QUAN Qing-zhuan1, LI Xin-ping3 (1. Aquatic Bureau of Xi’an City, Xi’an, Shaanxi 710007, China) Abstract: In the paper, these were narrated in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains that the entironment of breeding base, the provisions of the ecology- imitated pond and the breeding manner of one salamander in one pond and double in one pond with a net separating them. In three years, 32 parent groups of salamander had been expedited by oxytocic continuously, and naturally 27 female parents mated with their counterparts, laying 14000 eggs. Annually seedlings had been incubated in the past three years. Of the female, 5 parents lay egg-strips with no egg, and the rate of the parturition-hastened is 84.4%. And at last, those were discussed that the tolerance of Giant Salamander to low temperature (in early spring, the parents begin to eat at the temperature over 4℃), the fierce and cruel nature, and the propagation and the behavior of egg-protected. From the practice of breeding Giant Salamander , such experiences were obtained that the time from the last ten-day of July to the end of August is the best period to expedite the parents delivery, that the pond in which the parents mate and lay eggs must be cleared every inch, that the quantity of feedwater to the pond and the water depth of the pond must be
