In this paper, through the analysis of a major bus maintenance systems, frequency of maintenance, repair time data, to find the vulnerability of each system and to Short its preventive maintenance cycle, increase the number of their maintenance.The purpose is to improve the performance of the vehicle, to avoid excessive maintenance, repair unreasonable economic losses caused, preventive maintenance system was established to provide direction for the bus operating companies
