摘 要 江苏是中国服装出口大省。服装出口企业数量多，出口规模大。但是由于金融海啸席卷全球，已经影响到了实体经济，严重冲击了我国以及江苏的服装出口企业的出口生产，出口订单大幅度减少，出口市场严重萎缩，出口额迅速下降。与此同时，全球经济一片风声鹤唳，中国出口增长速度迅速滑落，出口形势严峻，前景堪忧。江苏盛为服装有限公司是一个以童装出口为主的大型服装出口企业，公司在金融危机的不利大环境下，大胆开拓思路，稳定老客户，发展新客人，同时积极开发国内市场，扩大内需，创立自主品牌，做到外贸、内贸同时发展，在金融危机中立于不怕之地。我国特别是江苏服装出口企业，要吸取成功的经验，认清当前的形势和未来发展的趋势，积极应对，在危机中寻找机遇，在危机中求发展。 关键词： Abstract Jiangsu is a major province in China clothing exports.
