东方航空工作总结 篇一：东航西安维修基地实习报告 中国民航大学 中欧航空工程师学院 实习报告 实习类别： 实习地点： 实习时间： 姓 名：学 号：1412065 2014年 09月 中欧航空工程师学院实习报告 东航西安维修基地蓝领实习报告 Xi#39;an maintenance base of China Eastern Airlines blue-collar practice report 实习类别： 实习地点： 实习时间： 姓 名： 学 号： 2014 年 09 月 摘 要 今年7月7日到8月2日，我与我院另外三名同学利用暑假在东航西安维修基地进行为期两个月的蓝领实习。 中国东方航空股份有限公司西安维修基地（以下简称“东方航空公司西安维修基地”）主要负责空客A320型飞机的常规检查工作。此次蓝领实习中，共在东方航空公司西安维修基地附件维修部、定检维修部及人力资源部进行了为期四周的学习，对各部门的人员结构、日常事务、管理程序进行了较为深入的了解，并在相应老师的指导下着重学习了基地维修管理程序，安全生产管理规定，机场控制区域安全法规，基地7S管理理念，定检维修部工作流程以及检修现场的管理工作。通过这些工作，不仅可以学到大量的民航行业知识以及飞机专业知识，也能了解到职场中人际关系的重要性，应该如何更高效率的处理领导交代的问题等。 关键词：机场安全规定，工作单卡，7S，定检维修 ABSTRACT I do a 4-week Blue-Collar Internship with 3 other students of SIAE this summer vacation at Xian Aircraft Maintenance Base of China Eastern Airlines. China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited engineering companies Xi#39;an maintenance base (here in after referred to as the Xi#39;an maintenance base of Eastern Airlines ) is mainly responsible for the Airbus A320 aircraft routine inspection. To this blue-collar internship, I worked in the Xi#39;an maintenance base of East Airlines,and I worked in accessories maintenance department, regular inspection maintenance department and the human resources department for a four-week study, to conduct a more in-depth on each department#39;s personnel structure, day-to-day affairs, management procedures understand, and focus on learning under the guidance of a teacher in the corresponding maintenance management program, the provisions of the management of production safety, airport control zone safety regulations, 7S management concept, scheduled inspection and maintenance, workflow , and maintenance of on-site management.Through these processes, I not only can learn a lot of knowledge of the civil aviation industry and aircraft expertise, I can also understand the importance of interpersonal relationships in the workplace and how to more efficient processing leadership accountable.
