HPLC―DAD同时测定香丹注射液中7种丹参酚酸类成分   摘要:目的 采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法同时测定香丹注射液中7种丹参酚酸类成分。方法 采用Thermo ODS2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 ?m),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果 丹参素、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹参酚酸B、丹参酚酸A在试验范围内线性关系良好(r20.999 0),精密度试验RSD1%,48 h内稳定性试验RSD2%,平均加样回收率在98%~103%,RSD2%。经测定,不同厂家样品中各成分的含量有较大差异。结论 本方法简便可靠,能同时测定香丹注射液中多种活性成分,可用于该制剂的质量分析。   关键词:香丹注射液;高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法;丹参酚酸;含量测定   DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2012.12.021   中图分类号:R284.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-5304(2012)12-0056-03   Simultaneous Determination of Seven Salvianolic Acids in Xiangdan Injection by HPLC-DAD MU Xiang-shan1, ZHANG Qiang1, FANG Xin-sheng2, WANG Jian-hua2, ZHANG Jin2 (1.Taian Hospital of TCM, Taian 271000, China;2.College of Agronomy, Shandong Agricultural University, Taian 271018, China)   Abstract:Objective To determine the seven main salvianolic acids in Xiangdan injection by the developed HPLC-DAD. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a column of Thermo ODS2 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 ?m). The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water with 0.05% phosphoric acid. Gradient elution was performed in linear gradient. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The calibration curves of Danshensu, protocatechualdehyde, caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid, salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A showed good linear regression (r20.999 0) in the investigated concentration ranges. The RSD of precision and the stability in 48 h was less than 1% and 2%, respectively. The average recoveries were between 98% and 103% with RSD2%. The content of the seven components was obviously different in Xiangdan injection obtained from different company. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable, and can be applied for the simultaneous determination of seven salvianolic acids in Xiangdan injection.
