1 目的 Purpose为了加强放射性同位素与射线装置的防护管理，保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全，促进企业的安全生产，特制定本标准。 To strengthen the protection management of radioactive isotope and radiation apparatus, protect the health and safety of the radiography operators and the public and to promote the safe production of the enterprise. 2 适用范围 Scope of Application 适用于在公司范围内从事或涉及放射工作的所有单位和个人。 Applies to all units and individuals engaged in or involved in radiography work within the Company. 3 术语或定义 Terms and Definitions 3.1 放射性同位素:指除核燃料、核原料、核材料之外的其它放射性物质。Radioactive isotope: refers to all other radioactive substances except for the nuclear fuels, nuclear raw materials and nuclear materials. 3.2 射线装置：指X射线机、γ射线机、加速器及中子发生器等。Radiation apparatus: refers to X-ray machine, γ-ray machine, accelerator and neutron generator etc. 3.3 放射工作人员：指直接从事放射性同位素和射线装置操作及防护管理、在本职工作中受到辐射照射可能大于职业照射年剂量当量限值的人员。Radiography personnel: refer to the personnel involved in the operation and protection management of radioactive isotopes and radiation apparatus, with potential exposure dosage in the work higher than the occupational exposure annual dosage equivalent limit. 3.4 放射事故：指放射性同位素丢失，被盗，或者射线装置、放射性同位素失控而导致工作人员或公众受到意外的、非自愿的异常照射。 Radiation incident: refers to loss and theft of radioactive isotopes, or incidental and non-voluntary abnormal exposure of the personnel or the public due to loss of control of radiation apparatus and radioactive isotopes. 4 职责 Roles and Responsibilities 4.1 HSE部负责放射防护的综合监督管理，负责放射工作许可登记，组织放射事故的调查处理。HSE Department is radiation prevention management that shall be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management on radiation protection, permit registration of radiography activities, and organizing the investigation and treatment of radiation incidents. 4.2 人力资源与行政部负责放射工作人员的培训取证，负责放射职业禁忌症和职业性放射病的劳动组织管理。Human Resources Administration Department shall be responsible for the training and qualification of the radiography operators, and the labor organization management of the radiography occupational
