Second, the paper analyzed the problems existing at the present stage of Tianjin city financing leasing industry in the development process, although in stage financing leasing industry in Tianjin development rapidly, but as a result of state policy, legal environment, industry of its own environmental constraints, inevitably will appear a series of problems. These problems are reflected in the financial leasing legal environment, credit institutions, industry talent shortage, and poor market development ability. And the causes for these problems, the reasons for these problems are the main legal system is not perfect, management regulation is not in place, there is no uniform industry standard, personnel selection system has some problems.
