Strengths, Needs, Abilities Preferences (SNAPS) These are the foundation of the treatment goals and objectives listed in the plan of care. Strengths Abilities Refer to characteristics of the clients, or elements in the clients’ life, used in the past or present to help them cope with stressful situations.
