中文摘要 在经济高速发展、社会急剧转型的历史时期，建设创新型国家、培养创新型 人才成为当务之急。高等教育紧跟时代步伐，大力推进研究生教育改革，加大创 新型人才培养力度。职业技术教育学硕士研究生是研究生体系的重要组成部分， 因此，职业技术教育学要适时改革，培养属于自己的创新型人才。 本文对创新型职业技术教育学硕士研究生的培养问题进行了系统研究。全文 共分五章，第一章主要介绍了论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法、创新型人 才与职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养的研究现状。第二章引入创新型人才理论， 概括了创新型人才的定义、特征、理论基础和创新与教育的关系。第三章运用访 谈法，了解职业技术教育学创新型人才培养的现状，分析其中存在的问题和影响 因素。第四章通过对美国、德国和日本三个国家研究生培养模式的比较研究，得 出促进我国创新型职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养的启示。第五章针对问题和影 响因素，在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上，提出我国创新型职业技术教育学硕士研 究生的培养对策。 将创新型人才理念引入到职业技术教育学人才培养领域中，既拓宽了创新型 人才理念的适用范围，又丰富了职业技术教育学高层次人才培养的理论。对于促 进职业技术教育学健康发展具有一定的理论和实践意义。 关键词：职业教育；职业技术教育学；硕士研究生；创新型人才 ABSTRACT In the historical period of high-speed economic development and rapid social transformation, building the innovative country and cultivating innovative talents have become top priorities. Keeping pace with the times, higher education vigorously promotes the reform of graduate education and strengthens the cultivation of innovative talent. Vocational and Technical Education postgraduate student is an important part of the graduate system, therefore ，Vocational and Technical Education should timely reform the training mode to cultivate innovative talent of their own. In this paper, the research on the cultivation of Vocational and Technical Education postgraduate student is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, significance, methods and the current research situation. The second chapter describes the innovative talent theory, and summarizes the definition, characteristics, theoretical foundation and the relationship between innovation and education.
