摘 要
本设计是关于小跨度钢筋混凝土简支T梁桥上T梁桥以结构受力性能好、变形小、行车平顺舒适、养护工程量小、抗震能力较强等优点而成为富有竞争力的主要桥型之一。设计桥梁标准跨度16m,横向布置5片T梁,面宽为10.75数为双向4车道土T形梁桥。梁高1.1宽0.18,每片T梁宽度2.15Abstract
This design is about the upper structure design of little span reinforced concrete simply supported T beam bridge . The performance of Reinforced concrete simply supported T beam bridge structure is favorable, its deformation is small , driving smooth and comfortable, maintenance quantity is small, earthquake resistant capability is strong. etc. and it becomes one of the main competitive bridges . The standard bridge span is 20 meters, laying out 5 T beams horizontally, bridge deck is 10.75 meters wide, the number of design lanes are four. The design process is as follows:
First, determine the main girder structure and detail size, it should be consistent with the relevant provisions. Considering the limitation of the max span of the bridge construction and the characteristics of location in the site of the bridge, designing with 1.5 meters high T beam and the floor is 0.18 meters wide, every piece of prefabricated T beam width is 2.15 meters.
Second, calculating the total internal forces of bridge structure (including the calculation of internal force of dead load and live load ),and then make the internal force combinationn in order to get the internal force combinationn values in the limiting condition.
Then, calculating the longitudinal reinforcement quantity for normal section girder shear risistance, Further for calculating the section strength, including bearing capacity limit state and serviceability limit state, including calculation about concrete flexural bearing capacity and the shear strength of concrete inclined sectionin in the bearing capacity limit state. etc. in the calculation of serviceability limit state including girder crack width checking computing the value of displacement of girder under load.etc.
Finally,calculating the quantity rebar of crossbeam and driving slab , and carring on the
