我国中小企业出口的障碍程序.doc

摘要 受世界经济形势和我国国内经济环境的影响，占到我国企业总数99%的中小企业，无不提前感受到了“严冬”的降临。2009年GDP“保8%”成功，其中2009全年企业出口总值为12016.633亿美元，但随着近几年面临金融危机的挑战，我国中小企业受到出口订单减少，人民币升值，原料、劳动力等生产要素的上涨以及受到中小企业发展方式粗放等固有因素的影响，广大中小企业的出口举步维艰。尤其是东部沿海地区出口型中小企业困难更为突出，部分行业和企业出现了减产、停产或倒闭现象。本文旨在通过现阶段我国中小企业出口面临的困难来分析其中的障碍及其形成原因，并提出相关建议来解决这些障碍。 [关键词] 金融危机 中小企业 出口 自主创新 产品竞争力 ABSTRACT Affected by both of the world financial crisis and Chinese domestic economic problem,about 99% small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the total number of Chinese enterprises faced the serious problems of economics in advance.After 8% success in 2009, although the total industrial export value of the full-year reached 1201.6633 billion U.S. dollars, the most Chinese small and medium enterprises were exercised the series factors of export order reduction, RMB appreciation, as well as raw material and labor cost increase. It was really hard for SMEs export, especially for the SMEs in the eastern coastal areas. Some industries and enterprises had to be cut down, stop production or bankrupt. This article analyzes the factors which caused the difficulties for Chinese SMEs and gave suggestions for solving these problems.
