无损探伤机人机接口与通信模块设计 esign of HMI and Communication Module for nondestructive Inspection Equipment 摘 要 军事、科研、工业、农业和医疗等许多领域得到了广泛的应用。 AT89S52单片机为核心，键盘输入，数码管显示工作状态。实现远距离串行通信，无损探伤机操作操作人员的人身安全 关键字无损探伤；；；单片机 ABSTRACT With development of electric and electronic technology, MCU technology and detection technique, non-destructive inspection technology of flaw detection as a kind of science and technology in China, has already developed rapidly and comparatively ripe, which is widely used in lots of fields such as military, scientific research, industry, agriculture and medical treatment. In chapter 1, several kinds of commonsense methods of non-destructive inspection are mainly introduced, and the basic principle of inspection by using of X ray and the groundwork done in this design are roughly narrated. In chapter 2, systematic structural design and systematic workflow taking AT89S52 as the core are recommended especially. In chapter 3, the circuit of relevant hardware and software are designed, and the design of function module of HMI is achieved, including keyboard as the display system, and working voltage and working state through LED number are displayed. In chapter 4, the design of the function module of systematic communication is mainly recommended, with specifically selecting RS-485 communication protocol to realize remote serial communication, thus non-destructive inspection machine is operated the function at a distance, which may makes sure the personal security.
