华东交通大学毕业论文 我国中小企业战略管理现状问题及对策探讨 院 系：经济管理学院 专 业 班：工商管理1班 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 2012年11月 我国中小企业战略管理现状问题及对策探讨 Current problems of strategic management of SMEs in China and Countermeasures 摘 要 管理是企业的永恒主题 ，我国中小企业占企业数的99%以上，提高中小企业管理水平的现实意义在于中小企业是我国市场经济中相当活跃的经济主体， 是推动我国经济发展不可忽视的重要力量。当前及今后一段时期全党全国要贯彻落实党的十八大精神和“十二五”规划纲要，努力建设创新型国家。这就要求各级政府、各类企业坚持科学发展观，转变经济增长方式，依靠科学管理，推进创新型企业建设，不再单纯地追求企业数量的增长和规模的扩大，而要追求企业整体素质的提高和竞争力的增强，针对管理存在的主要问题和薄弱环节，采取行之有效的措施，增强自主创新能力，提升管理水平 。 本文从我国中小企业加强战略管理的迫切性入手，分析了造成中小企业战略管理水平低下的基础条件和重要因素，最后提出加强企业战略管理的对策。 关键词：中小企业 战略管理 现状 Abstract Management is the eternal theme of SMEs in China accounted for more than 99% of the number of enterprises, improve the the SME management level of practical significance is that SMEs are very active economic entities in the market economy in China is an important force to promote Chinas economic development can not be ignored.
