攀枝花钒钛产业集群式供应链整合研究 摘 要 产业集群早在英国经济学家马歇尔所处的时代就已存在，如今随着全球经济不断发展，产业集群也逐渐被提上经济领域研究的日程。国内外实践证明，产业集群是有效的区域发展战略，是提高区域经济竞争力的有效途径，是工业化发展到一定阶段的必然趋势，推动产业集群发展是走新型工业化道路的重要途径。立足于供应链管理的角度来整合产业链，对于加强产业集群内各企业的协调合作，整合优化区域产业资源，降低生产成本，提高整个产业的竞争优势有着重要的作用。正是这一特征使得各界学者逐渐深入对集群式供应链的研究，将供应链与产业集群的关系做出了不同程度的探索。本文将通过攀枝花钒钛产业集群的实例对基于供应链整合的产业集群方面进行研究，为提高攀枝花钒钛产业的区域竞争力提供参考，为攀枝花钒钛产业集群的发展提供新的思路，为产业集群和供应链理论增添新的内容。 关键词 攀枝花钒钛产业，集群式供应链，整合  ABSTRACT Industry cluster has already existed as early as the British economist Marshalls age, with the development of the global economy today, which is gradually put on economic field research agenda. Practice of domestic and abroad have proved that the industrial clusters is effective regional development strategy , the effective way to improve regional economic competitiveness, and the inevitable trend of a certain stage of industrialization developing, promote the development of industrial cluster is the important way of new industrialization. Tha way, based on supply chain management perspective, to integrate industry chain plays an important role in strengthening the coordination and cooperation between enterprises of the industrial cluster , integrating and optimizating regional industrial resources, reducing the production cost, improving the competitive advantage of the entire industry. But for the characteristic, all scholars of cluster supply chain gradually carry out depth study of industrial supply chain, who have made different degree of exploration to the relationship between supply chain and industrial cluster. This paper will study industry cluster of supply chain integration based on the example of Vanadium and Titanium industrial cluster in Panzhihua,gaving reference to improve the regional competitiveness of Panzhihua Vanadium and Titanium industry , providing new way of thinking for the development of Vanadium and Titanium industrial cluster in Panzhihua, and adding new content for the theory of industrial clusters and supply chains.
