Therefore，the project risk management in the construction has attracted more and more attention, especially the tender risk management during the bidding process conducted by the contractors. Since some objective historical conditions and economic conditions，our current project bidding risk management study also relatively weak. This paper attempts to proposed the different risk of identification methods and measures the different stages of the tender bid based on conduct a comprehensive exposition of the concept of project risk management and the concept of the tender risk identification, and the analysis the review，in accordance with the project combined with the risks associated with to carry out a more intuitive analysis by some management eases, at last propose the policy recommendations of the tender risk management for the contractor. Therefore, the strengthening of the project risk analysis and research of the tender phase has important practical significance on improving risk management and risk management bid of Chinese construction projects.
