Closely integrated with our daily lives into a convenient, fast and accurate weighing tools are widely used in the information display and weight of commerce, factory, markets, supermarkets, shopping malls, and retail trade and other public places . Electronic scales are mainly controlled by the microcontroller, and use the load cell analog as digital conversion unit, together with the keyboard, display circuit, and powerful software. Electronic scales can not only take weights quickly and easily, but also can take weights automaticly, the figures make it impact on peoples lives more and more popular. The design of this system from the hardware circuit design, software programming and debugging, in-kind welding debug three parts described in detail. The hardware circuit is based on the MCU AT89S52, and use it as the core of the control unit of data processing, in order to clarify the MCU to the sampled data processing, data acquisition and conversion, computational issues, the MCU control system key computational problems.
