It focuses on the 5 criteria and 23 dimensions. I say “evolve”because it is an enhancement of our development processes. 5) TD also evolved based on employees need for a more defined development process. Research has also shown that organizations and employees do benefit from more clarity on what qualities need to be gained in todays work world, particularly with the trend towards individual ownership for career development.
