The main areas are psychology, sociology, social psychology, anthropology, and political science. Research methods in OB OB provides a systematic approach to the study of behaviour in organizations, as well as groups and teams. Behaviour is generally predictable, and the systematic study of behaviour is a means to making reasonably accurate predictions.
