毕业设计（论文） 核心征管核定征收系统设计与实现 吉林建筑工程学院城建学院 计算机科学与技术系 (空3三号黑体小四号宋体，行间距1.5倍JAVA技术开发，前台使用JSP技术，后台数据库使用ORACLE连接设计完成。通过对核心征管核定征收系统的开发，了解了电子政务基本需求模型，工作流开发原理及流程，以及关系型数据库(ORACLE)编程。在技术实现方面，采用STRUTS较好地体现了MVC设计模式。 本系统由三个主要模块组成：税种认定模块、简并征期模块、印花税模块。每个模块又分成几个子模块。税种认定模块主要功能是税务机关对纳税人所要缴纳的税种进行认定。印花税模块是对其各自经过确认的税种进行收缴。通过查找纳税人基本信息，经过种认定，然后由领导对其保存、报批、审批、打印等流程。本文主要论述了印花税模块的实现。 为使税务局管理的有序性、信息化，改善税务征收的管理水平，而开发了本软件。此系统界面设计美观，操作简单，大量节省了管理人员时间，提高了工作效率。 关键词(三号黑体 (空4个英文字符)( 小四号宋体，行间距1.5倍空2行Abstract(顶格三号 Times New Roman字体) (空一行) (小四号Times New Roman体1倍Nowadays, tax authorities are the important administrative and economic management departments, their electronic tax is an important component of the e-government construction. Local revenue, an important economic law enforcement agency, is playing an increasingly important role in the purifying tax environment, the organization of local revenue, and development of rapid and healthy economic. The system, which deals with that the collection and management of core collection has been developed with the purpose of, solves this problem. The system is a J2EE-based E-Government system which deals with that the collection and management of core collection. The system mainly uses MVC model, is based on java object-oriented technology development. The detailed information of technology applied to the system is the using of JSP technology in the pages and Oracle database table design on the background. According to develop the core collection system applied to the collection and management of the tax, we understand that the basic needs, the relative theories of e-government model, work flow, and database (Oracle) programming. From the view of the technique, adopting the introduction of STRUTS framework reflected the MVC design pattern better. This system is made up of three primary modules: the module that in cognizing tax categories, the module that in shorting and uniting the period of the time of tax collection, the module of stamp tax.
