At present, research on organization design, few studies based on the perspective of business ecosystem. Therefore, this research has certain theoretical significance and the practical significance. On the basis of the business ecosystem theory, this article put the study of enterprise organizational design in the business ecosystem environment. By using the methods of literature research, qualitative analysis and case study combined, first introduces the current situation of related research at home and abroad, then analyses several aspects of business ecosystem environment of enterprise organization, followed discusses the results of the analysis based on commercial ecosystem perspective of organizational design, finally with Intel business ecosystem case studies have examined this research scientific and reasonable.
