Assemblies Modeling装配建模 Contents Overview Terms Load Options The Assembly Navigator Assembly Modeling Bottom-Up Modeling Top-Down Modeling(Interpart Modeling, Interpart Expression) Mating Component Assemblies Application Application?Assemblies 进入装配模块。 ug_metric.def: Assemblies_RestoreApplication：Yes 启动UG后自动进入装配。 Overview Virtual Assemblies （虚拟装配） 在UG中，装配是Part file，其中不包含实际的几何体，而是用于管理几何体。其中只包含组件，是指针的集合。 减少对装配的内存需求。 简化装配的显示。 Assemblies和 master parts (主模型)相关。 用Mating Condition定义装配中各组件之间的参数化、相关的相对位置关系。 其它应用 (例：Drafting, Manufacturing, etc.) 可使用主模型的数据而不能修改它。 Terms Assemblies 装配：是零件和 sub-assemblies assembly 的指针的集合。是 part file, 包含 component objects。 Sub- Assemblies 子装配：是上一级装配的组件对象( component objects )，同时，又包含自己的组件对象。 Terms Component Objects 组件对象 它包含指针，指向主模型，且与主模型相关。含有下列信息： Name (This can be different than the component part file name). Its layer, color, font and width. Reference set(s) being called (if specified). Origin and orientation. Mating constraints Pointers The actual geometry is not saved in the assembly file. Terms Component Parts 组件部件 　被Component Objects指向的 part file, 即主模型。 Terms Terms Working within Assemblies The Displayed Part 显示部件：currently displayed in graphics window 方法： Window? More Parts ? ANT ? Context Control?Set Displayed Part The Work Part 工作部件：The part in which you create and edit geometry is termed the work part. 方法： Assemblies ? Context Control?Set Work Part ANT ? MB3 ? Make Work Part Terms NOTE： The work part can be your displayed part or any component part. When you open a part file, it will be both the displayed and the work part. Save Work Part File?Save: 仅存贮工作部件，而不存贮装配中的所有部件； 如果工作部件是零件，则只存贮该零件； 如果工作部件是装配件（或子装配），则存贮其下所有修改过的组件，但更高一级的装配件则不存贮。 提示： 可以用File?Save All存贮所有的打开的部件， 只读部件将不存贮。 Load Options（装入选项） File ? Options ?
