First introduces the function and process analysis of valve rocker arm shaft bearing, secondly determine blank size, then the process planning design, fixture design finally.Through the valve rocker arm shaft bearing, to carry on the processing technology and fixture design, valve rocker arm shaft bearing parts for casting, the advantages of small size, parts are the characteristics of simple structure, due to the surface easier than hole processing, so, when making procedure is used to machining surface, and then processing hole by the surface as a benchmark, the method of the special fixture fixture is used in each process, the organization design is simple, convenient and can meet the requirements.Through this design improves the analysis problem, problem-solving ability, able to more deeply understand the textbook knowledge, and could be applied to the actual work well, for future better for my job.
