Simulatio n r esults indicate that t he evolutio n history of CBM can be div ided into 3 st ag es, i. e. the initial evolutio n stag e in w hich the evolutio n actio ns of g ener atio n, reserv e and dissipation of coalbed methane ar e w eak; the peak accumulatio n stage in w hich all evolu- tio n actio ns ar e acute, it is an important st age of coalbed methane accumulat ion in the mining area; and the dissipa- tio n stage in w hich mainly all dissipatio n actio ns occur. Simulatio n r esults also reflect that the southw est part of t he r esear ch ar ea is the fav or ite area for CBM accumulatio n.
