A lthough it is feasib le in practice, it cannot ach ieve the optmi ization. H ere, the article show s a new way of studying the allocation of the rolling speed based on the princip le of equal power. Tom a e the calcu lation faster, the relevant com puter sofwt are iswor ed out.
