A县城给水工程初步设计 重庆大学 给水排水工程专业 2007届 学生姓名:聂莉 指导老师:王圃 中文摘要 A县城给水工程设计主要内容包括取水系统设计、给水处理系统设计和给水管网系统设计三大部分。设计书由设计说明书和设计计算书两部分组成。 取水工程采用一级泵站加压双管将水输至新建净水厂方案。该方案拟在盐井河水库边建一级加压泵站,水一次加压至净水厂,经净化后,在二泵房采用变频供水方式二级加压将其配至城市管网。 该工程远期设计规模为3.3万吨/日,水厂占地1.67公顷,以盐井河水库作为取水水源。水厂采用常规净水处理工艺,主要构筑物为取水泵房、配水井、网格絮凝池、斜管沉淀池、无阀滤池、清水池、吸水井和二泵房。 选用氯化铝为混凝剂,液氯为消毒剂。絮凝池反应时间mins,斜管沉淀池清水区上升流速2.0mm/s,斜管材料制作,采用蜂窝六边形,板厚0.4mm,滤池滤速V=8.0m/h,水冲强度L/s.m2,冲洗时间为mins。出水水质达生活饮用水卫生标准。 为了保证供水的安全性及可靠性,配水管网采用环状布置形式,在整个供水区域中共设置24个环。输水管管材采用钢管,管网管材采用球墨铸铁管。 关键词:取水系统、给水处理系统、给水管网系统 ABSTRACT A County water supply engineering design includes three large parts: water intate design, water treatment plant design and distribution pipe network design. The design book consists of design specification and design calculations. Two pressurized-water pipes are used to transport raw water to the new water treatment plant. The program proposes that the pumping station is built at the side of Yanjinghe reservoir. Raw water is sent to the water purification plant after pressed once, then purified to distribute water to the urban pipe network. The long-term scale of design is 33,000 cubic meters per day. The water treatment plant covers an area of 1.67ha. The Yanjinghe reservoir is used as the water source of this project. It takes some cultural water purification courses. One pumping station, distribution well, tube static mixer, screen flocculation tank, tube sellter, pressure filter, clean-water reservoir, absorbing well and second pumping station are the main constractions of the water treatment plant. Select polymerize aluminum chloride as the coagulant, liquid chlorine as the disinfectant. Screen flocculation tank’s reaction time is about 8 minutes. Qingshui district increased velocity of tube settler is 2.00mm/s, with polyethylene material used hexagonal honeycomb, 0.4mm thick.
