Teaching Purpose: This course aimed to introduce the occurrence of a series of changes of the proposition and conclusions of the neo-classical economics and the resulting generation of the new branch of economics in the relaxation of its assumptions since the 1930s to provide the graduate in accounting with related observation, analysis perspective, benchmarks and methods. Brief Introduction to the Course: The neo-classical economic theory and methods were reviewed on the basis of summing up, this course will focus on teaching the economic theory under the conditions of rational limited, the economics of the business firm, the theory of incentives under the condition of incomplete information, the theory of property rights, theory of the institutional economics, incomplete market structure theory, and the associated analysis methods and tools.
