A nd m ine closure is also both the base of new life and the key o f reg iona l su stainable developm ent. T ak ing J inggezhuang M ine in K a i luan m in ing area in T angshan C ity as an examp le and based on the fie ld survey and the plann ing and design of m ine c lo sure, the paper ana ly zes the change regu la rity o f m ine c lo sure and landscape env ironm ent, the restoration p lan o f closed m ine landscape, the des ign m ethods and requ irem ents o f landscape resto ra tion fo r c lo sed m ines.
